“Wonderful initiative.... our region needs to grow and fulfil its potential as the food basket to Wellington. The Wellington Region can no longer rely on a road that was fit for purpose 50 years ago, the Manawatu Gorge and the 8 year wait has shown us this. We need to think of what will be sustainable for generations come
