Always driving over the hill and thick about the amount of fuel burned by trucks etc doing so. For me from the north side the road should go straight up the gully. Tunnel under the summit and the pop back on to existing about 2/3 down the south side or west side. Have looked at the different options with interest . A lot of the road in the gully would have to be bridged a few meters high to keep it up out of the water table . I'm no roading engineer but thats the way i see it. You guys have my full support.
