Option 3 following the river in my opinion as someone who has walked those tracks isn't a very good opinion in terms of the walking tracks it would destroy but the Option with the tunnel is a great idea in my opinion. If we are going to spend the money developing the road why not do it right and future proof it. It should be 2 lanes the whole way and set up for growth. Especially in the tunnel. If you make it one lane it each way then one day when we need to upgrade it again it'll be the same thing as now a pain in the ass. Do it once do it right and doing it with the future in mind prevents a pain in the ass later down the line.
